Vast experience in the mental health technology industry that helps founders, teams and boards grow their business. 

Charlie Hartwell is a co-founder of ShiftIt Institute and a longtime entrepreneur, investor, CEO, and advisor working at the intersection of capital, mental health technology and conscious leadership.

Across more than two decades, Charlie has worked with mental health technology founders and organizations around the world, helping them navigate growth, build meaningful partnerships and bring ambitious ideas forward.

Before helping co-create the global mental health tech space, Charlie had worked in 14 different industries and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
